Sometimes, you just need someone to hear you out.

Therapy rooted in compassion—supporting individuals and couples via telehealth.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and young people navigating life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, grief, and relationship challenges. I offer a collaborative and attentive space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect.

My work is integrative and relational, informed by feminist, narrative, solution-focused, and somatic frameworks. I believe healing honors lived experience and the mind–body connection is an essential part of that process. I incorporate developmentally attuned and experiential tools when they support your growth.

I have experience working with trauma survivors, individuals healing from toxic or coercive relationships, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I also work with athletes, first responders, active military members, Veterans, and military connected families, with attention to the unique stressors and cultural contexts they navigate. With additional training in somatic therapy, I support clients in accessing deeper pathways for regulation, resilience, and healing.

I see therapy as a place for clarity, empowerment, and meaningful change. Together, we can explore your story, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and intentional.

Hear Me Out Therapy was created as an invitation to reimagine therapy, not as a last resort. I believe therapy should be a meaningful and proactive space for self-discovery, resilience, and connection. Together we can hold not only pain, but also joy, uncertainty, growth, and the in-between moments that shape who you are.

This is a space to strengthen your foundation, expand your capacity for life’s challenges, and deepen your relationship with yourself and others. Sometimes, you just need someone to hear you out.
